Registration procedure
Please check if there is enough time for us to process your course and accommodation before signing up! Generally speaking, if you have included accommodation, you need to reserve at least 6-8 weeks before the departure date.
If you plan to stay in France for more than three months, then you need to apply for a visa. That may take you an additional month. After you have checked that you have enough time, the registration method is as follows:
1. Pre-registration :
Select the city you want to register, choose your course and accommodation, download the application form to apply for the school.

After the form is completed, you can bring along with one copy of your passport and come to the Alliance Française in Taipei or Kaohsiung to pay a deposit of NT$12,000; you can also send the form and your a copy of your passport by email to info@alliancefrancaise.org.tw and indicate your contact details.
We will reply by Email to inform you how to pay the deposit. Please note that this deposit is used to ensure that the registration process is initiated. The amount will be deducted from the tuition fee. If the registration is cancelled, the deposit will not be refunded.
2. Payment:
After receiving the registration documents, we will convert the fees into NTD according to the French exchange rate.
You are required to pay the registration fee, tuition fee, accommodation and handling fee and bank wire transfer fee. The students of the Alliance Française can also enjoy a discount of NT$1,000 ! You can pay by bank transfer according to the specified account number on the invoice, or pay in cash to the Alliance française de Taiwan.
3. Complete registration:
After the full payment is confirmed, we will send you the registration certificates (course and accommodation). If you are not a beginner, please complete the class test one month before the start of the course.
The Alliance Française will reserve your place according to your level and the course of your choice. Upon arrival in France, participants are required to go to the school on the starting date of the course with the registration certificates.
4. Other:
After paying the deposit, if the student wants to change or cancel the selected course or accommodation, in addition to the local French fee, the additional administrative fee of NT$500-1000 will be paid according to the situation. After the start of the course, if the student has a delay or absenteeism, no refund or extension may be applied.
However, if there is a cause of force majeure, such as a serious illness, an accident, etc., and a valid supporting document is issued, the refund may be applied for part of the time when the class is not available.
